The National Football League got underway in 1920 when it was known as the American Professional Football Association and began with 11 teams. Despite only 4 teams being able to finish the season the league kept going and continued to expand and contract wildly over that first decade. In 1922, the APFA was re-named as the National Football League.
Only a few franchises from those early seasons still exist today, the Chicago (now Arizona) Cardinals and Decatur Staleys (now Chicago Bears) were both teams in that inaugural season, the Green Bay Packers joined the APFA for their sophmore season in 1921. The New York Giants are the only other current-day franchise to particiate in that first decade, joining in 1925.
In 1966 the NFL announced they had reached a merger deal with the competing American Football League which would also establish a single “World’s Championship Game” which would later officially be known as the Super Bowl. In 1970, the NFL and AFL completed their merger with the AFL teams forming the new American Football Conference and the existing NFL teams going to the National Football Conference.

This dress/long tunic top was nice. Wore it to travel In. The drawstring makes your slit longer or shorter depending on how you are feeling. The material feels very neoprene, like swim wear.

The perfect travel/weekend double duty dress! It can be styled for dinner out with heels, or for daytime exploring and shopping with tennis shoes and a jean jacket. This dress is so flattering on my curvy +size body. The material is comfortable and soft and the side runching provides tons of style while allowing you to shorten or lengthen the hem line. Im so enthusiastic about this dress I bought a second in purple after purchasing it initially in black. Love it!
Love this dress; I have it in 4 colors. I get compliments every time I wear this dress. I purchased a large in dark green and black after reading the reviews and they fit perfect; fitted but not too tight for work and church. I then order a xl in the blue and watermelon because sometimes lighter colors aren’t as forgiving. I wish I had got them in larger. They were a little too loose through the ruched area which caused it to lay wrong and hang down, but they did fit better after I washed and dried them. If you aren’t sure you may want to do what I did….order 1 to make sure you get size right and then order more.
This dress is so versatile. You can dress it up or down. Sexy but cute and classy, doesn’t show too much leg and is high cut in the chest area. Cinches at the waist and gives an hourglass shape. I used this dress for lunch date with some cute low cut sneakers. I ended up walking around all day and night in the heat and this dress was perfect, super comfy and sexy. If you’re looking for a great pair of compression shorts to wear underneath try Leonisa, these shorts do not ride down and compress the stomach area phenomenally, will make you look very smooth underneath a dress like this.
