The National Football League got underway in 1920 when it was known as the American Professional Football Association and began with 11 teams. Despite only 4 teams being able to finish the season the league kept going and continued to expand and contract wildly over that first decade. In 1922, the APFA was re-named as the National Football League.
Only a few franchises from those early seasons still exist today, the Chicago (now Arizona) Cardinals and Decatur Staleys (now Chicago Bears) were both teams in that inaugural season, the Green Bay Packers joined the APFA for their sophmore season in 1921. The New York Giants are the only other current-day franchise to particiate in that first decade, joining in 1925.
In 1966 the NFL announced they had reached a merger deal with the competing American Football League which would also establish a single “World’s Championship Game” which would later officially be known as the Super Bowl. In 1970, the NFL and AFL completed their merger with the AFL teams forming the new American Football Conference and the existing NFL teams going to the National Football Conference.

I was looking for a cute little summer dress that I could take with me or a vacation and came across this dress. I am 510 200 pounds and this dress fits so well! And hugged all the right places and it really look good on one I got several compliments, it’s easy to wear very comfortable and it wasn’t a wrinkled mess when I arrived . Good compression and the drawstring on the side are adjustable so you can make the split as high/low. Great dress go for it you won’t be disappointed and it’s NOT see-through.

I bought this for a performance costume. The dress is very comfortable. The quality is what I expected for the price. The slits are very high (as shown in the photo) so I wore biker shorts underneath. It worked perfect! I am very pleased.

This is my favorite summer dress. the XL was perfect. It does shrink a little bit in the wash, so it was a tad on the large side when I got it but after a machine wash and dry it fit well. Length falls at my lower ankles, so it should work for someone a bit taller too. It can be worn to work with a jacket and jewelry or more casual to the beach with sandals. Nice soft, heavy material, does not feel cheap. I love this dress, planning to buy in more colors!
