The National Football League got underway in 1920 when it was known as the American Professional Football Association and began with 11 teams. Despite only 4 teams being able to finish the season the league kept going and continued to expand and contract wildly over that first decade. In 1922, the APFA was re-named as the National Football League.
Only a few franchises from those early seasons still exist today, the Chicago (now Arizona) Cardinals and Decatur Staleys (now Chicago Bears) were both teams in that inaugural season, the Green Bay Packers joined the APFA for their sophmore season in 1921. The New York Giants are the only other current-day franchise to particiate in that first decade, joining in 1925.
In 1966 the NFL announced they had reached a merger deal with the competing American Football League which would also establish a single “World’s Championship Game” which would later officially be known as the Super Bowl. In 1970, the NFL and AFL completed their merger with the AFL teams forming the new American Football Conference and the existing NFL teams going to the National Football Conference.

These leggings are exactly what I’ve been looking for, for years! I carry my weight in my belly and always wear a large. The waist was rolling down a bit and the legs were looser than I wanted, so I tried a medium and they are beyond perfect. I love the compression. I love the high waist. I love that there’s no gaping at the ankles. They also hide my granny pants lines perfectly! I have black, mysterious grey, and soft waves blue. I love them all and will definitely be ordering more colors.

The fabric is very nice, though not as compressive as described. These are extremely stretchy. The size runs a bit larger than my similar Athleta brand leggings. I will likely try the smaller size to see if it will be more compressive. For the price, they are a definite buy-again.

These are as described, buttery soft! They are comfortable for all day wear; the compression is just right. I would say fit was true to size, I prefer my leggings tighter so for me that was a plus without being uncomfortable.

I do a lot of yoga so i was looking for a yoga pant that was comfortable compressing and looked cute. I agree with the reviews that these slide down a little bit, but it doesn’t really bother me. For context I am 511 usually wear a large for my yoga pants, but fitness recommended a medium and they fit perfectly. The price is great too! The leggings are thick and dont see throughThough i got the blue and i would hope theyd all be the same. No pockets!
These are literally AMAZING! They are thin, yet flattering and decent quality. I have a small apron belly the crossover waist conceals it perfectly. I bought these in 3 separate colors I love them so much. I will be buying more soon!
