I wasn’t sure what they meant by small, so I asked and was told it could go up to adult and yes, they will go around my neck though the cape only goes to my waist and it is all behind me. This is not a swishing cape for an adult but it is fine for a child. Actually the children like them a lot. They have a lot of fun playing dress up and they do not mind being girls if they must be.

the product is what I would expected, so I’m happy, but the real test is when I give it to my nephew’s tomorrow. if they both say it’s awesome, then it’s 2 thumbs up from myself and them too. I actually got it a day early too, unexpected because most deliveries don’t happen on sundays, but that’s cool but kinda worried me since I wasn’t looking out for a package coming and it wasn’t dropped off by my back door like my instructions intelled within the order from the beginning.
