I bought this as a gift for my mom almost a year ago and its hand down the best investment I’ve ever made. She’s in love with this and puts it to use almost every week. Its definitely a lot better than those old school ones that easily break on you or damage the cork leaving it stuck or broken as you’re pulling it out. This is clean cut and removes the cork very quickly and the fact that its rechargeable, automatic, and brings a cutter for the excess plastic on the top of the bottle was a huge plus in my book. I bought the wine opener to replace one that had been taken. I had a manual one and wanted to try an electric one instead, so I spotted the Cokunst Wine Opener and I immediately looked up. It caught my eye because it was it looked modern, yet simple to use AND it was electric. After reading up on how it worked, I was impressed they included a foil cutter, which I didn’t catch at first.
After receiving it and assessing it, I found the addition of the cutter was a unique design in the way they seem to hide it under the opener, which was very convenient. I looked at some separately and would have had to pay at least $5.00 just for one alone.
I used my new opener and seal cutter immediately on a bottle of pinot grigio…needless to say, it was delightful.

Good for the price it works perfect
The instructions are too small to read but the process is so simple you don’t really need them. Just put the opener on the bottle top, press the button and the cork is out. Press the button again and the cork is pushed out of the opener.

I love how easy it is to use. I’ve tried the old fashioned metal corkscrew, the double helix plastic one, the one that that you pump (with the rabbit) and this is by far the easiest one to use. Especially handy if you’re losing strength with age.
Works just as described and has a super convenient foil cutter attached.
This is awesome. My only complaint is that it can be hard to center the screw and that you often end up going all the way through the cork (be careful if you lay a bottle on its side after using this). It gets a 4 star instead of 5 because the seal cutter is cheaply made. One of the supports for the blade broke after three uses. I crazy glued it back in place but the plastic tabs should be stronger than that.

I bought this on a lightning deal. I have never owned an electric wine opener before. A bit of a challenge to learn how to use at first, but it works pretty great. Absolutely phenomenal, which sounds like an overstatement but I am legitimately thrilled with this. I am TERRIBLE at opening bottles of wine. I don’t know why, I just can’t do it. I break the cork about half the time, it’s just dumb. But this? Oh my god it opened the bottle in like 10 seconds and it took ZERO effort or skill on my end. I was so excited all I wanted to do was open a second bottle. 5/5 would buy again and again. Note that it does require 4 AA batteries.
