Measurement Tip
Chest/Bust:
Take measurement up under the arms(1″ below armholes) and around chest
Waist:
Measure from Waist circumference (distance around the waist) at the narrowest point.
Shoulder:
With back of garment facing you, measure straight across from shoulder point to shoulder point at seam line (or natural fold) of shoulder.
Sleeve Length:
Measure from the top of armhole seam, down outside edge/fold to the bottom of the sleeve; Include cuff.
Length:High Point Shoulder (HPS) Back Length:
Measure from the back high point of shoulder seam (or from the natural shoulder fold) straight down to the bottom of garment, keeping the tape measure parallel to center back.

I’m a 6′ 2″ guy, 15% body fat and starting to get muscular. I ordered the XL shirt and it looks really tight. I guess I don’t feel too comfortable with my body yet to use such a tight t-shirt, but if you have the body to show off, you should be fine with this item.

I love, love, love these shirts. High quality material, double/triple stitching, low propensity for fading, hidden, small, blended, almost invisible logo makes it so ppl arent judging you for wearing off brand stuff and the accolades continue.I mean these are better then some of the major name brands including, but not limited to, addidas, hanes, fruit of the loom and others. It doesnt quite hold a candle over serious fitness brands like Nike and Under Armour but Ill tell you right now those brands dont hold a candle to PKAWAY either. The quality, stitching and material wicking are all on par with those “serious” brands. The fit was perfect.

arrived on time and fits nice.
I purchased these originally about a year ago. At the time, I ordered the XXL, I wore them under an outer shirt as a true compression shirt for my workouts. They worked fine for that, and have held up tremendously well!Over the past year, I’ve lost a little over 80 pounds. Now those same shirts are still lightly snug around the arms and chest, with a little bit of ‘give’ around the stomach. I’ve started to like the way they look in the gym on their own with no over shirt! Now at 190 pounds, I decided I like the current look and feel so much that I ordered another set of three (in a different color combo) and they fit consistently with the three older ones.So, I’d suggest you buy these and use them in either manner. Either order two to three sizes too big and use them as a workout tee shirt, or buy normal size (or maybe one size up) for a strong compression shirt. They work and look great for either purpose.
