The National Football League got underway in 1920 when it was known as the American Professional Football Association and began with 11 teams. Despite only 4 teams being able to finish the season the league kept going and continued to expand and contract wildly over that first decade. In 1922, the APFA was re-named as the National Football League.
Only a few franchises from those early seasons still exist today, the Chicago (now Arizona) Cardinals and Decatur Staleys (now Chicago Bears) were both teams in that inaugural season, the Green Bay Packers joined the APFA for their sophmore season in 1921. The New York Giants are the only other current-day franchise to particiate in that first decade, joining in 1925.
In 1966 the NFL announced they had reached a merger deal with the competing American Football League which would also establish a single “World’s Championship Game” which would later officially be known as the Super Bowl. In 1970, the NFL and AFL completed their merger with the AFL teams forming the new American Football Conference and the existing NFL teams going to the National Football Conference.

Bought this dress to wear for my bday in Mexico but ended up wearing it back home. The dress was super flattering the draw string on the side was cute. The dress is actually really warm so great to wear in the fall or winter. Paired dress with some cute black booties. Definitely recommend. the dress was perfect.
I wore this for my birthday, and felt pretty comfortable in it. The side slit kept coming up a bit when I sat down, but I also didn’t mess with the drawstring which could have possibly helped. Overall, this was simple and cute.
Bought this dress for a Bach trip and wasn’t too sure about it but when it arrived and I tried it on, I immediately fell in love! The material is so good and the inside of the dress is so soft. There’s also a string that you can pull to make the dress shorter. The dress fits me perfectly, not too big or tight. Definitely recommend!

I love love love this dress. And I hate dresses in general. The fabric is soft with just enough stretch. The side slit is perfect. It adjusts to a deep split or narrow one. Now I gotta get more colors! It is white and not see through. I do have on a black body shaper underneath.

This is such a cute dress. It’s a thin material and quite long. I may have to shorten it. It has a nice deep plung in the front and the slits up the side go so far up! It’s very revealing but a very sexy dress.

Got this today and had to write about it. I’m 55 y/o, 5’5, 160, athletic build, purchased size M. This dress is perfect. It’s loose but gives a waistline (without showing the stomach pooch). Easy on/off, effortless. Will be good for very hot weather. I’m buying more.
