Measurement Tip

Take measurement up under the arms(1″ below armholes) and around chest
Waist:
Measure from Waist circumference (distance around the waist) at the narrowest point.

With back of garment facing you, measure straight across from shoulder point to shoulder point at seam line (or natural fold) of shoulder.
Sleeve Length:

Got my regular size and it was like putting on a toddler shirt.. get a size up… trust me. Otherwise quite comfy and stretchy. Sometimes the deodorant does get overbearing in the shirt though so be careful how much you use.
Shirts fit great with a toned build. I ordered large as a do for other shirts.
My only wish would be for them to not be as long, so I tuck them in to get the look I want.
