Measurement Tip
Chest/Bust:
Take measurement up under the arms(1″ below armholes) and around chest
Waist:
Measure from Waist circumference (distance around the waist) at the narrowest point.
Shoulder:
With back of garment facing you, measure straight across from shoulder point to shoulder point at seam line (or natural fold) of shoulder.
Sleeve Length:

My son is 6’ 4” and very slender. I originally ordered the large but that was too small so I went up one size and He said the extra large was too clingy. We ended up with the XXL to give more room for shoulders and arms. Overall it looks good and is good quality!
I am a US size XXL and usually use these types of shirts for running or other exercise. The fit was very good although not “compression” tight (which is fine for me). I probably would not use it as a rash guard or for other sports requiring a tighter fit. Nice quality. Held up well in the wash.

Good quality cotton, nice fit.
The L certainly fit others of my size (someone who wears a small shirt) or larger (someone who wears a medium well, or maybe even a large) because there is a lot of stretch to the shirt. The material is thin, which I think is a good thing for reducing heat. I will see how it holds up through use at my kickboxing gym. If anything changes, I will update my review.
