To help explain the fit and why I like this product, I ordered the medium. I like my workout shirts to be snug, so no flopping around. The medium is a snug fit on me, so I like it. What I really like is that the shirt is relatively long compared to other medium workout shirts. I have a long torso and this shirt comes down over my waistband and actually stays there! Soni don’t have to keep tugging it down.
I have worn each shirt to workout once each week for over a month now and they hold up great in the wash. I use the shirts for both weigh lifting and running and I have plenty of movement to do it all. I already bought 3 more of the sleeveless and love those as well.
