Take measurement up under the arms(1″ below armholes) and around chest
Waist:
Measure from Waist circumference (distance around the waist) at the narrowest point.
Shoulder:

Sleeve Length:

This is a fitted shirt, as described. Based on that description, I ordered one size bigger than my teen normally wears, as he didn’t want a skin tight shirt. The large fit him perfectly. I’d normally have ordered a medium in a regular t-shirt. The material is similar to any workout dry-fit type of shirt. This shirt is perfect and authentic looking for any Flash fan. After seeing the yellow Reverse Flash shirt that I ordered I placed a new order for the regular Flash (red) and Zoom (black) for my teen.
I love it. it fits like l a glove it should because it’s compression. I love that it is a super hero..

I like the length of the shirt and do not rise up or roll up like others, I use it like under shirt, is comfortable enough to wear all day, is stretch quite bit, that is what I like…does not feel super tight like a compression type, this works for me because I don’t like to feel limited movement

Pretty thin for a compression shirt, so I don’t know how it’d hold up in actual regular work-out use. That said, it’s super soft and fit as expected so if you’re purchasing more for the novelty it’s pretty great.

Arm pits were pretty tight but I gave it 5 stars because my husband has very broad shoulders and chest so we kind of figured it may be tight in that area. He’s typically a medium/large in tshirts but after reading the reviews I ordered an xl.
